Two heads are better than one...we've all heard the phrase, but how can you apply that to your business? The most simple way, by forming partnerships. There are multiple benefits to forming a business partnership and here at Turner Invest we are eager to share these benefits with you:
Although Turner Invest has always worked on a partnership basis, we recently formed a new partnership of our own. Our Serviced accommodation business, Pure Luxury Living, has gained another property in partnership with a landlord. We see rent to rent combined with serviced accommodation as a win-win, and when you combine that with working with members of our property community, that win-win just gets better. We are keen to work with other members of the community in order to bring about more opportunities and future projects. Thanks also to our partnership with Property Manager, Ashley Weekes with whom we achieved 100% occupancy for the July, we know we have a winning formula. With 7 billion plus people that means only 0.0006% of people hold the title of World Record Holder (if you've been enjoying the Olympics, like we have, you will have seen a few new ones made) That’s a prestigious and exclusive club to be a member, and we are delighted to tell you that Director Catherine Turner is now part of that club. From the 29th of July to the 3rd of August, a speech marathon took place in Peterborough that lasted for 126 hours and 28 minutes, making it the longest of its kind. Catherine was part of a team of speakers from Progressive Property Ventures and spoke alongside her mentors, peers and a host of other incredible entrepreneurs. But it isn’t all about the record. The event raised over £115,000 that was donated to Sue Ryder Hospice in Peterborough. The money will help the Hospice and its staff to continue their amazing work in end of life care. More than just medical care, Sue Ryder Hospice provides emotional support to patients and their loved ones as they go through frightening diagnoses. They see the person, not the condition, and help them to live their life as fully as they can. Congratulations to the whole team for claiming the record and helping a fantastic cause.
